<p>The AXIS Project aims to facilitate the development of an African internet infrastructure through policy and regulatory reform, capacity building and technical assistance. <p>The development of a continentalaviation infrastructure master planincluding two components on Aviationinfrastructure and a seamless AfricanAirspace Architecture that will takeinto consideration all ongoing RECsinitiatives in airportsinfrastructure and seamless airspacemanagement is one of the key enablingpillar (Pillar 4 on Aviationinfrastructure) in theoperationalization of the SingleAfrican Air Transport Market (SAATM)that was launched in January 2018 bythe 30th Summit of AU Heads of State.</p>

<p>The development of a continental aviation infrastructure master plan including two components on Aviation infrastructure and a seamless African Airspace Architecture that will take into consideration all ongoing RECs initiatives in airports infrastructure and seamless airspace management is one of the key enabling pillar (Pillar 4 on Aviation infrastructure) in the operationalization of the Single African Air Transport Market (SAATM) that was launched in January 2018 by the 30th Summit of AU Heads of State. </p>
